How To Login To WebMail
From the Host Africa Client Area
a. Login into the Host Africa Client Area.
b. Click on the My Services submenu item or the Services box underneath the Welcome Back, Your Name.
c. Click on the Managed product button.
d. Click login to Webmail button under the Actions sub-menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
e. A new tab will open to the Webmail login page.
g. Enter your username and password.
h. Click on the Blue Log in button.
i. Congrats you have logged in to Webmail.
From cPanel
a. Login into the Host Africa Client Area.
b. Click on the Services Menu Item or the Services box underneath the Welcome Back, Your Name.
c. Click on the Managed Service button.
d. Click login to login to cPanel button under the Actions sub-menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
e. Click on email accounts under the Email menu slider in cPanel or alternatively use the search bar on the top of the screen to search for email accounts.
f. Click on the check mail button.
g. Congrats you have logged in to WebMail.
From the browser
a. Open up your browser.
b. Type in your domain name followed with /webmail or :2096. example: wphoststarter.co.za:2096 or wphoststarter.co.za/webmail
c. Enter your username and password.
d. Click on the Blue Log in button.
e Congrats you have logged in to WebMail.
